Thank you for the observation and the comment. Yes, these are book marking sites and you can simply add a URL, Title, small description and Tags. You can use the same information of your article. And Yes, you can simply add images, URLs and keywords.
There are other sites wherein you need to post some unique content. For instance, Xomba needs you to post unique content of a minimum of 100+ words even for a bookmark. With Xomba, you can also add you Google Adsense ID and earn 60% of income generated from Adsense too.
And one more thing. Without adding any Title, Description and Tags, you can simply post a URL. However, it is good to add these details so that the link will have more value.
